No SIM Inserted

"No SIM Card Installed". That is what it says.

What it means is:

"You may not call anyone, receive text messages, use a 3G or Edge network."

"You may not call your parents or friends to alert them of your lack of phone."

"You will be frustrated trying everything you can find over the internet on how to fix it, but it will not work."

"None of your friends know what to do, so they cannot help you."

"You will have to drive to the nearest AT&T store and hope that they will be happy to assist you."

PS- I have to find the AT&T store without using the Maps application on my phone.
